David Vaina has a Ph.D. in political theory and has helped fund, develop and operate Florida nonprofits over the last 15 years. He is the former chairperson of the Sierra Club Suwanee-St. John’s Group and regularly contributes articles on climate change and politics to The Invading Sea.
