The Early Learning Coalition of Alachua County serves approximately 4000 children aged birth to five through supporting Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) and School Readiness programs in Alachua County Early Learning Centers. The Chair and two members are appointed by the Governor. The Board of County Commissioners appoints one member to the coalition.
