The Human Rights Board makes recommendations to the Equal Opportunity Manager for the enforcement of the Alachua County Human Rights Ordinance. Membership is comprised of seven members and one alternate, each serving three year terms: one member of the Citizen's Disability Advisory Committee; one attorney eligible to practice in the State of Florida; one residential rental manager; one representative of a lending institution; three citizens-at- large and one alternate. This board meets as needed.
